Connecting Resources.Creating Value.
A commodity trading, brokerage and trade facilitation house. We work across petroleum products, crude oil trade facilitation, procurement of oil and industrial materials, and midstream and downstream services.

Built to connect supply and demand
Rexon Resources Limited is a commodity trading and trade facilitation company that connects buyers, sellers and producers across critical markets.
The name REXON stands for Resource Exchange Network. We were set up to close the gap between supply and demand in energy, solid minerals, agriculture and industrial materials, with the reliability, speed and discretion that serious trade partners expect.
We do not simply trade commodities. We structure transactions. We broker, verify and facilitate deals so both sides can move forward with confidence, from first introduction to final delivery.

Three ways to work with Rexon
Choose the structure that matches your risk appetite and capital position.
Broker / Facilitator
Rexon connects buyer and seller directly and facilitates negotiation and closing, without taking title to the goods. This is our core deal-brokerage model.
Without taking titleMerchant (Mandate)
Rexon purchases the product in its own name on behalf of the buyer, acting as mandate. The buyer covers the full cost while Rexon manages procurement and delivery.
Buyer-funded mandateTrader
Rexon buys and stores product within its own and partner storage depots, then resells at its own price and risk, taking a direct trading position.
Own position and riskHow a Rexon transaction works
Every deal follows the same disciplined path.
Engage
Understand the requirement or supply and match genuine demand with genuine supply.
Verify
Establish the legitimacy of both sides before any introduction is made.
Structure
Introduce verified counterparties and agree the terms that let the deal proceed.
Execute
Coordinate documentation, verification and delivery terms across the deal chain.
Deliver
Move goods from point of sale to point of delivery through our logistics network.

A network that moves resources
Solid minerals are sourced in Plateau, Kaduna and Gombe. Energy products come out of the Niger Delta. Rexon coordinates each route through to the buyer.
